Damsels of Destruction by Deadly Daughter Games

Production:

  • Contributed to and formatted relevant documentation including but not limited to the game design document and the art style guide.
  • Created tasks using ClickUp for team and organized those tasks into sprints for projects development.
  • Created time tables and breakdown charts to track tasks and hours.

Art:

  • Created initial map art styles.
  • Developed materials for use in throne/tutorial area of the game.

Game intention:

Develop a multiplayer game with aspects of different parts of the world in the form of varied princesses that brawl it out on four different maps.

What I learned from this project: 

I learned the basics of leadership in a group environment within our field as a producer, and learned more complicated techniques for making materials within Substance Designer. The project as a whole taught the whole team a hard lesson on scope, and managing it properly.
